What is the best thing about your job?

It is hard to run a successful business. We hear about the tremendous stress and the immense sacrifice involved in building a business all the time. Yet, despite all of that, people driven by a mission or purpose make the choice to take the leap into starting a business. In our job, I work directly with those spirited individuals, hear their stories, understand their passion. That is a truly exciting and satisfying. By us helping them build a successful business we are often helping them make their mission a reality.

What is your ideal vacation?

As a kid my family would travel all the time. My parents had a strict schedule.  There was tons of stress about getting to everything on the itinerary.  We would get lost, fight with each other and refuse to carry all the luggage.  Traveling is my nightmare.

Now, my ideal vacations involves little planning, no itinerary, minimum travel time, warm weather, and lots of sitting very still preferably in a beach chair with a large supply of cold beverages.

If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?

Telekinesis. Every superpower can be performed with Telekinesis. Flying? Check. Stop time? Check. Healing? Check. It is the one super power that can do anything that any other power could do and more.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

My favorite ice cream is Vanilla soft serve with rainbow jimmies… (it’s jimmies, not sprinkles).
